How it works.

Accessing care with Bluenose Health is easy. Purchase your subscription at the rates below and then book your in-person or telephone appointment. Fees will then be charged per visit according to the type of service requested. 

​We will be offering a limited number of subscriptions to ensure timely access to quality primary healthcare. Each member of your family will be required to have their own membership in order to have their own unique medical profile. Membership fees will ensure your timely access to see a nurse practitioner.​ Learn more below!

Step one.

Visit our secure online Patient Portal to purchase a monthly subscription for yourself and each member of your family. Adult subscriptions are $27.50+HST per month; subscriptions for children age 12 and under can be purchased for $9.50+HST per month.

Step two.

Book your first visit! Per-visit fees will be charged based on the type of service you have requested. When booking your appointment (in-person or telephone), you will select the reason for the visit and will then be charged the appropriate fee based on the type of visit.
