How it works.
Accessing care with Bluenose Health and Bluenose Health Plus is easy. Call to purchase your subscription at the rates below and then book your in-person or telephone appointment. Fees will then be charged per visit according to the type of service requested.
We will be offering a limited number of subscriptions to ensure timely access to quality primary healthcare. Each member of your family will be required to have their own membership in order to have their own unique medical profile. Membership fees will ensure your timely access to see a nurse practitioner. Learn more below! |
Step one.
Purchase a monthly subscription for yourself and each member of your family. This fee provides you with direct access to our nurse practitioner for as long as you subscribe. *Children's subscription is for youth 12 and under.
Step two.
Book your first visit! Your first visit requires an “initial assessment” so we can create a full medical profile and gain a complete understanding of your overall healthcare needs. This is a one-time cost. Once you become our patient, our goal is to provide you with the consistent on-going care you need, when you need it. Subsequent per-visit fees will be charged based on the type of service you request
