We are excited to announce that Bluenose Health has two locations! Membership allows you to book an appointment at either location.
Halifax: Centrally-located on Young Street in Halifax, with ground floor access to our collaborative medical centre. In addition to Bluenose Health Primary Clinic, the centre offers a pharmacy with compounding services, a pain management clinic and a holistic medicine clinic.
Mahone Bay: Our first Bluenose Health Plus primary care clinic that includes physiotherapy services in addition to a nurse practitioner. We are located on the ground floor of 350 Main Street, with parking and entrance in the back of the building.
